Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy describes if, when and how Feed Boutique (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") allows returns and refunds for physical products, purchased from feed-boutique.com (the "Site") or purchased from a point-of-sale. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS BOUGHT AND DELIVERED, NOT TO ANY PDF/ WRITTEN OR OTHER DOCUMENTS SHARED, NOT TO ANY RECIPES/ FORMULAS BOUGHT, NOR ANY OTHER SERVICES RENDERED BY FEED BOUTIQUE. 
No refunds will be issued to clients after any services have been provided, even if work has commenced and the director/s of Feed Boutique indicated any reasons to not continue any services to the client after commencing of work. Work done and hours charged cannot be disputed by the customer. Disputes will be handed over for legal action with immediate effect, with an interest rate added at a rate of 3% per month on outstanding amounts from date of non-payment, and client will additionally be responsible for all legal costs incurred for full litigation process as well as any other costs incurred.

We (Feed Boutique (Pty) Ltd) have a 30-day return policy on physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any products that is enclosed in a bucket or container, must be unopened (sealed), unused in its original packaging. Any additional objects included in packaging, such as measuring scoops or any other added object, must accompany product upon return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@feed-boutique.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a physical address, once agreed upon in writing that we will accept the return. Clients understands and agrees that upon requesting a return, Feed Boutique will request proof of fault found with product, such as photos. Photos must be as clear and all detail as distinguishable as possible. If anything is unclear, the client hereby agrees that the return will not be approved. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like pdf or documents shared, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards or any products indicated as "sample" products.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
> If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@feed-boutique.com.

If we've received the product and found no fault, the original product will be returned to you and you will be held liable for the additional shipping cost charged.
